The poster session offers the opportunity for phd students in data science to present their work as a poster.

Applications must be submitted before 23 december 2019 as a pdf-file via the DSCI 2019 :

1. Applicants should submit (as a single PDF file) the following:

• Type of submission :  Poster Session

• A curriculum vitae (max 2 pages).

• An extended abstract (2 pages) that summarizes the research problem, the main contributions, conclusions and research directions.

1. You will be notified if you are selected for the Poster Session by email.

2. Prepare your poster in a A1 portrait orientation (59,4 cm x 84,1 cm, ). You can use this template. 

3. Practice to present your poster to the poster evaluation panel in 5 mn.

4. We kindly ask poster presenters to stand at or near by their poster in the poster reception. This will allow you the opportunity to talk with delegates about your poster and answer questions regarding your work.
